Eddie Vincent Ochieng is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with eight years’ post-admission experience. His practice is primarily focused on litigation and dispute resolution, with substantial experience in civil and commercial disputes, road traffic accident matters and related claims.

He represents clients before the courts and other forums such as mediation and arbitration in a range of contentious matters, advising on dispute management, litigation strategy and the resolution of complex claims. His practice also extends to commercial matters, including contractual and
