Laverne Nabwana is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with nine years’ post-admission experience and the founder and Managing Partner of Laverne Nabwana & Co. Advocates.

 

Nabwana's practice spans corporate and commercial law, real estate and land, dispute resolution, public law and strategic litigation. She advises businesses, investors, institutions and individuals on transactions, property and financial matters, commercial disputes and public-interest matters.
Before founding LNC, Nabwana practised as a Senior Associate at Mulwa Nduya & Company Advocates, building experience across commercial, property and contentious matters and brings this breadth of experience in LNC.

Nabwana's approach is grounded in rigorous legal analysis, commercial awareness and purposeful advocacy, with a focus on providing clear, practical and considered counsel.
Beyond private practice, Nabwana serves on the boards of grassroots and civil society organisations and works with non-governmental and community-based organisations on matters at the intersection of law, rights and institutional development. Through these engagements, Nabwana brings legal expertise together with the perspectives of communities and organisations working on the ground.
